Memorial Children’s Hospital thanks Horizon Transport for sponsoring two Home Run for Life games this summer with the South Bend Cubs! Horizon Transport is dedicated to the health and well-being of the children in our region. To show their support, they are matching funds raised for Memorial Children’s Hospital at each game — dollar for dollar. Horizon Transport, based in Wakarusa, delivers 80,000 vehicles annually and has become a highly respected leader in the RV transportation industry. Friday Fun at Four Winds

It was a Beacon takeover at the June 3 South Bend Cubs baseball game. Hundreds of associates and their family members blanketed the stadium to enjoy a night of fun. More than 2,100 Beacon tickets were sold for the game that culminated with fireworks! Brandy Grenert, Environmental Services associate at Elkhart General, threw out the first pitch, while the Beacon band, The Innovators, rocked the place with their catchy tunes.
